ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Chef at Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers, you will play a vital role in our culinary team, ensuring

the high quality and authenticity of our gnocchi dishes. You will be responsible for maintaining

the standards of excellence our customers have come to love, contributing directly to their

memorable dining experiences. This position is pivotal to our operations and our commitment to

delivering the most delicious, fresh gnocchi dishes ever experienced.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and cook a variety of gnocchi dishes in accordance with our recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared with attention to quality, freshness, and presentation.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a cohesive and productive team environment.
Manage food inventory and ordering to maintain productive operations.
Uphold kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations.
Innovate and contribute ideas for menu development.
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, promoting skill development and adherence to

standards.
Monitor and maintain consistent portion sizes and food waste.
Work under pressure during peak service times while maintaining composure.




Engage in regular quality control checks to enhance customer satisfaction.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience as a Chef with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and Italian cuisine, particularly gnocchi.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on presentation and quality.
Positive attitude and adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
