This newly created role will own the journey from defining what a solid sales hire looks like through to onboarding, product knowledge and ongoing in-role coaching. The focus is practical and measurable: helping salespeople become productive sooner and improving conversion performance across multiple contact-centre locations. You will build and lead a structured sales enablement function that supports both new starters and existing team members.
Key responsibilities
Defining and continuously improving the ideal candidate profile for frontline sales roles
Designing a staged onboarding journey that extends beyond initial induction
Developing product-specific sales and knowledge programmes
Translating different value propositions into transparent, effective sales conversations
Providing hands-on coaching to address individual and team skill gaps
Delivering training and coaching in person across international contact-centre sites
Partnering with operational leaders,
team leaders and subject-matter experts
Tracking conversion, time to productivity, early-tenure retention and capability gaps
Using performance data and frontline observations to continually improve enablement programmes
About you
Direct experience in a BPO or contact-centre workplace is essential
Experience in sales enablement, sales training or sales leadership with a strong coaching focus
A track record of improving commercial outcomes—not simply delivering training sessions
The ability to turn product information into compelling sales conversations
Confidence coaching people in live operational environments
Strong stakeholder-management skills across recruitment, operations and frontline leadership
A practical, adaptable approach suited to geographically dispersed teams
The ability to travel extensively, including extended international stays
