Cedars Tavern in Emerton is opening a brand-current kitchen and is seeking an experienced Full time Sous Chef to help build the operation from the ground up. Working with the Head Chef, you’ll lead prep, establish service routines and develop the team ahead of the first service.
You’ll start by onboarding at Prospect Hotel Motel or O’Donoghues before transitioning to Cedars, with a chance to shape menus, standards and culture across a growing Redcape venue.
