MS Autoworks Pty Ltd is a trusted and growing automotive repair and servicing business based in the Glen Waverley and Wheelers Hill / Monash area, and we are currently seeking a reliable and organised Office Manager to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a 38-hour per week role offering a competitive salary range of $79,500 - $85,000 per annum plus superannuation.
As our Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the business to ensure a smooth, efficient, and skilled workplace environment. You will act as a central point of contact for staff, suppliers, and customers, helping to coordinate daily business activities and support the broader automotive team.
Key responsibilities in this role typically include:
Managing general office administration, correspondence, and record-keeping
Handling daily accounts, invoicing,
and basic bookkeeping duties
Coordinating schedules, appointments, and customer enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
Maintaining office supplies and managing relationships with external vendors and service providers
Assisting management with general operational tasks and process improvements to support business growth
To be successful in this position, you should possess robust organisational and communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Previous experience in an office management or administrative support role, particularly within a related industry or small business setting, will be highly regarded.
