Summer Springs delivers natural spring water to homes and businesses across regional NSW from our Dubbo depot. We run established routes and we're looking for a reliable, physically capable driver to join the team.

About the role

Full-time and weekday-based, you'll load your truck at the start of the day, run your route, look after customers along the way, and finish up back at the depot. It's a physical, practical job with a consistent daily structure. You're largely on your own once you leave — which suits people who take ownership of their day and don't need someone looking over their shoulder.

What you'll be doing
Multi-drop delivery of 15L spring water bottles to residential and commercial customers across Dubbo and surrounds
Loading and unloading at the depot, including forklift operation
Keeping your vehicle clean, safe and well-presented
Using a handheld device for deliveries and run management
Being a skilled, friendly point of contact for customers on the route
Following WHS procedures, vehicle checks and safe manual handling practices

What we're looking for

Essential:




Current MR driver's licence
Current forklift licence
Australian citizenship — sponsorship is not available for this position
Physical fitness and ability to repeatedly lift and carry 15L water bottles safely
Reliable, punctual and self-organised
A commitment to safety

$31–$36 per hour + super, depending on experience

This role has room to grow. For the right person, there's genuine potential over time to take on aspects of our coffee business — deliveries, machine servicing, or roasting operations. It's not the core of the role, but it's a real prospect for someone with broader interests.
