THE PACKAGE
$80,000 + Super
FREE onsite accommodation – Single room with shared facilities.
THE ROLE
Working closely with the management team, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the hotel. This will include:
Supervising daily hotel operations
Leading, supporting and inspiring the team on shift
Overseeing bar and bistro operations
Delivering exceptional customer service
Completing opening and closing procedures
Cash handling and reconciliation
Supporting accommodation operations
Assisting with staff training and mentoring
Maintaining smooth and effective service across the venue
Other duties as required
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or in a senior hospitality role
Experience working in a regional or country pub environment
Strong food & beverage and gaming experience
Accommodation operations experience, highly regarded
Proven leadership skills and the ability to confidently manage a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A hands-on approach with the ability to work across different areas of the venue
Current RSA, RSG, QLD RMLV and Approved Manager, or the ability to obtain these
A current National Police Clearance, or the ability to obtain one prior to commencement
