The Role

We need a Social Media Manager to own strategy and execution across a wide range of client accounts. You'll be building social presence, crafting content strategies tailored to each client, and running Facebook & Meta Ads campaigns that generate real leads, not just likes. One day it's a luxury property developer, the next it's a completely different industry.

What You'll Be Doing
Managing client social accounts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Building tailored strategies per client because copy-pasting is a crime here
Creating content that stops the scroll including Reels,



Stories, carousels, and captions that convert
Running and optimising Facebook & Meta Ads lead gen campaigns
Reporting on results and presenting them to clients without making their eyes glaze over

You Are Probably…
Actually fluent in Ads Manager (not just "I've boosted a post" fluent)
A strategic thinker who can juggle multiple client accounts without losing the plot
A solid copywriter who writes for humans, not job applications
Comfortable in a client-facing role and based on the Gold Coast or Brisbane
