We’re currently looking for reliable, motivated Driller’s Offsiders to join our growing team.

This is a permanent full time position from Day One — no casual contracts and no uncertainty about where you stand.

About the Role As a Driller’s Offsider, you’ll work alongside the Driller to support the safe and effective operation of drilling activities.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Setting up and dismantling drilling rigs
Assisting with drilling operations
Maintaining and preparing equipment
Keeping the worksite clean, organised and secure
Following company and site safety procedures
Working as part of a team to get the job done safely and efficiently

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role, so you’ll need to be fit, safety-conscious,



reliable and willing to get stuck in.
What We’re Looking For
A valid manual driver’s licence — HR licence highly regarded
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Willingness to work in remote locations and physically demanding environments
A solid work ethic and positive attitude
Reliability and a genuine commitment to safety
Previous drilling, mining or labouring experience is preferred, but not essential
A willingness to learn and develop your skills
