Working across our factory and installation projects, you will be responsible for producing and installing high-quality cabinetry and joinery to a professional standard. You will need to be confident working independently while also contributing positively to a team environment.
Key responsibilities
Reading and accurately interpreting architectural drawings, plans and detailed joinery drawings
Manufacturing, assembling and installing quality cabinetry and joinery
Working from detailed specifications and project documentation
Measuring, setting out and checking work for accuracy
Installing joinery on residential and commercial sites
Problem-solving and resolving issues during manufacture and installation
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship, finish and attention to detail
Working efficiently to meet project deadlines
Working collaboratively with the factory and installation team
Contributing ideas and supporting continuous improvement
About you
Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified Cabinet Maker / Joiner
Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and detailed joinery plans
Excellent understanding of cabinetry construction and joinery techniques
Experience manufacturing and assembling custom joinery
Installation experience, with the ability to work confidently on site
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
A reliable, punctual and professional approach
