Concrete Batcher

Due to customer demand and production growth we are now a Batcher at our Narangba production plant! You will be involved in the day to day operations of our concrete plant.

About the Role

· Competitive hourly rate plus OT (when available)

· Working Monday to Friday (plus some Saturdays)

· Oversee and lead the operation of a variety of machinery, both manual and automated

· Deliver amazing customer service, handling queries and placing/following up orders

· Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a range of ways

· Work to minimise downtime, optimise performance whilst maintaining a high safety standard

About you
Current Class C Drivers License (essential), Loader or HR desired but not essential
Experienced communicator – able to move across different mediums and styles with ease
Mechanically minded – keen eye for how things work and an interest in troubleshooting problems




Born multi-tasker – this is a fast paced ever changing workplace and you’ll need the thrive as part of a team as well as alone, able to handle conflicting priorities
Skilled at Safety – a demonstrated commitment to protected work practices, leading the way
Must be able to pass all satisfactory pre-employment checks
