We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join our casual workforce in Gloucester, NSW.

About the role As an AIN, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents while working as part of a qualified healthcare team.
Your responsibilities may include:
Supporting residents with personal care and activities of daily living
Assisting with mobility and transfers
Supporting nutrition and hydration
Maintaining residents' dignity, comfort and independence




Working collaboratively with RNs, ENs and other care staff
Following individual care plans and facility policies
Maintaining accurate documentation

About you We are looking for AINs who are:
Experienced in aged care or a similar healthcare workplace
Reliable, professional and compassionate
Confident working within a multidisciplinary team
Available for a range of shifts
Committed to providing high-quality resident care
Able to provide relevant qualifications and compliance documentation

Essential:
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
Relevant Australian healthcare experience
Current police check and required screening
Current First Aid/CPR
Evidence of required immunisations and other compliance documentation
