Contract Administrator / Senior CA | Tier 1 Contractor

An opportunity has arisen for a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator to join the commercial team on one of Australia's most significant construction projects. Working alongside some of the industry's leading commercial specialists, you'll play a key role in managing major subcontract packages from procurement through to final account. Depending on your level of experience, you'll take ownership of your own work packages while working closely with Project Managers, Engineers and site teams to deliver successful commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities
Manage subcontract procurement, including tendering, negotiations and contract awards
Administer progress claims, variations, EOTs and final accounts
Monitor project costs, forecasting, cashflow and commercial reporting
Manage subcontractor performance and contractual compliance throughout project delivery




Work closely with Project Managers and site teams to minimise commercial risk and deliver successful project outcomes

About You
Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related discipline
Experience as a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator with a Tier 1, Tier 2 or major contractor
Proven experience delivering major construction or infrastructure projects valued at $100M+
Strong understanding of subcontract procurement, contract administration and commercial management
Experience managing progress claims, variations, EOTs, cost reporting and final accounts
