Our client, a well-established leader in the waste and recycling industry, is seeking a reliable and organised Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join their team at their Truganina site office.

Key Responsibilities
Providing qualified reception services and welcoming visitors to the site
Greeting and assisting truck drivers, directing them as required
Performing general administration and accurate data entry
Using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Assisting with reporting by extracting information from the weighbridge system
Supporting the site team with day-to-day administrative tasks
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in an administration, receptionist, or customer service role
Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to multitask and remain organised in a fast-paced environment
A friendly, qualified, and proactive approach
