Job Description

As a Databricks Solution Lead, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-wide Data, Analytics solutions leveraging the Databricks Lakehouse Platform. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technology leaders, and delivery teams to define transformation roadmaps, develop scalable data solutions, and ensure successful business outcomes. The role requires a blend of consulting expertise, solution architecture leadership, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on knowledge of contemporary data platforms and cloud technologies.

The Databricks Solution Lead is responsible for leading client-facing Data, Analytics, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps and deliver scalable solutions on the Databricks Lakehouse Platform. Acting as a trusted advisor,



the role drives discovery workshops, architecture assessments, and solution design engagements, translating business requirements into cutting-edge and commercially viable data solutions. The Solution Lead provides technical and consulting leadership across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring best practices in data architecture, governance, security, cloud adoption, and operational excellence. Additionally, the role supports business development activities, including solution shaping, pre-sales, proposal development, and executive presentations, while ensuring successful delivery of enterprise data modernization that achieve measurable business outcomes for clients.
