Unita in Australia is seeking a senior Project Director to lead the QLD Fitout project delivery team across a portfolio of projects from $500k to $10m, with around 15 live projects. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll create clarity, oversee health of projects and drive delivery, commercial and contractual risk management.
You’ll coach PMs, CAs and PCs, balance forecast, cost control and cash flow, and take on selected complex or high‑risk projects to maximise margins.
