Your Recent Role

You will assist in preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for residential projects. Working closely with project teams, you’ll review plans, complete take-offs, source supplier pricing, update cost databases, and help ensure estimates align with project requirements. This role provides hands-on learning, exposure to a variety of builds, and a robust foundation for progressing your estimating career. If you’d like, I can expand on estimating workflows.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
Construction estimating knowledge gained through studies or early industry experience.




Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers and technical documentation.
Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
A willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within a structured and supportive environment.
Basic understanding of residential construction plans and terminology.
