This represents an opportunity with a well established accounting firm based in the Southern Suburbs of Brisbane. This firm is very well known in the industry for the expert advice they provide their clients. The firm's client base is incredble and comprised of large and complex multinationals, SMEs and Ultra High Net Worth clients.

The culture of the firm is very positive. The firm experiences very low staff turnover compared to their competitors.

POSITION

Due to growth and future succession planning, the position of Partner has been created within this firm's Business Services Division. Working alongside a team of incredible Partners, this role will involve the successful candidate managing a high quality client portfolio, conducting new business development and assisting the Partners with the day to day operations of the Business Services Division.





There is scope for this role to accomodate an experienced Senior Manager who is ready to step up to Associate Partner.

CANDIDATE
CA/CPA Qualified
Candidates with a parcel of fees would be highly desirable
15+ years experience in Australian Public Practice (Ideally Mid Tier, Top 100 or larger firms)
Experience with large and complex clients
Incredible leadership skills and someone with a Partner mindset
An ability to conduct new business development
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
A passion for the accounting industry
