We are looking for D365 Business central Consultants (functional) for a Microsoft Partner, that is currently looking to expand their D365 BC team in Sydney.

Responsibilities:
Lead the functional delivery of Dynamics 365 Business Central projects, working closely with customers to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, design solutions, and support successful implementations.
Mentor and develop junior consultants through coaching, knowledge sharing, and day-to-day guidance, playing a key role in building the capability of the consulting team.
Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with Business Central best practices.
Support implementations across Finance and Supply Chain modules, with exposure to Manufacturing considered highly desirable.

Requirements:




Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV) implementations in a Functional Consultant, Senior Consultant, or similar client-facing role.
Demonstrated ability to mentor, support, and develop junior consultants, with robust leadership qualities and a team-oriented approach to team success.
Robust functional expertise across Finance and Supply Chain Management, with Manufacturing experience viewed as a significant advantage.
Solid techno-functional understanding of Business Central, combined with excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and a proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
