Edinburgh Castle Hotel in Brisbane’s northside is seeking a driven Assistant Manager to run the floor across bar, bistro and gaming rooms. You’ll lead a team of hospitality staff, uphold elite service standards, and support the Publican in a quick-paced, high-energy venue.
You’ll need hands-on leadership, solid people skills, and appropriate RSA/RSG/RMLV licenses to ensure secure, gold-class hospitality on every shift.
