Access Telehealth is seeking an experienced RN or EN to join our Northam-based team. You’ll coordinate care in office in Residential Aged Care Homes, using telehealth and digital tools to connect residents with GPs and Specialists, while staying away from routine bedside tasks.
You’ll leverage years of nursing experience to assess, triage and make clinical decisions, ensuring residents receive the right care at the right time.
