This role involves supporting the senior administrator performing administrative duties and providing support to a team of accountants in a qualified services setting.

Key responsibilities
Perform administrative duties such as scanning, collating and binding, answering telephone calls, meeting and greeting clients, preparation of boardroom, and scheduling appointments
Assist accountants with lodgment, collations and other admin requirements
Handle ATO correspondence and process notices of assessment
Collate tax returns and financial statements for Companies, Trusts, Superfunds and Individuals
Liaise with clients and the team of accountants regularly requesting additional information or addressing general queries




Prepare and distribute company ASIC annual statements
Incorporate companies and establish trusts
