The Work
Complex estate planning for blended families, business owners and high‑net‑worth clients
Drafting Wills (including testamentary trusts), Powers of Attorney and tailored succession plans
Probate,
Letters of Administration and full estate administration
Contested estates - Part IV claims, executor/beneficiary disputes, superannuation death benefit disputes and AFCA matters
VCAT guardianship and administration matters
Collaborating closely with accountants, financial planners and family advisers as part of an integrated advice team
