growth analysis and business improvement initiativesDrive finance transformation, automation and efficiency projectsChampion technology, data analytics and AI-enabled solutionsMaintain financial controls, governance frameworks and compliance activitiesManage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and working capitalOversee revenue integrity and billing accuracyManage relationships with external advisers and regulatory stakeholdersIdentify risks and opportunities affecting organisational sustainabilityWE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVECA or CPA qualificationMinimum 10 years' senior finance leadership experienceExperience in mergers and acquisitionsPrevious experience as a Financial Controller, Head of Finance or equivalentStrong commercial acumen and strategic capabilityExperience in transformation, automation and process improvementPassion for technology, data and AI-driven business improvementAged care, disability or healthcare experience is advantageous but not essentialWHAT NOW?
