regression)Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned to delivery milestonesCoordinate testing across business users, IT teams, vendors, and system integratorsDrive defect management, including triage, prioritisation, and resolution trackingEnsure robust end-to-end validation of customer and operational journeysMonitor and report on test progress, risks, quality metrics, and release readinessEmbed QA governance, leading test readiness and go/no-go decisionsManage test environments and data to support realistic business scenariosAct as the central point of accountability for testing across stakeholdersChampion continuous improvement and test automation
