procurement or commercial management within the construction industry.Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, materials and pricing.Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build lasting supplier and subcontractor relationships.Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and procurement activities simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.What you need to applyCurrent NSW Driver's Licence.Construction Industry Safety Certificate (White Card).
