We're seeking an experienced Core Behaviour Support Practitioner to join a growing team delivering high-quality, person-centred behaviour support services across Greater Sydney.

close-knit clinical team environmentThe RoleWorking with individuals living with intellectual and/or psychosocial disabilities, you will:Conduct Functional Behaviour AssessmentsDevelop, implement and review Positive Behaviour Support PlansDeliver person-centred behaviour support and therapeutic interventionsWork collaboratively with families, support teams and key stakeholdersProvide training, coaching and clinical guidance using evidence-based approachesSupport participants to achieve meaningful goals and positive outcomesAbout You To be successful, you will have:Registration as a Core Behaviour Support Practitioner or eligibility to meet NDIS requirementsExperience completing functional assessments and behaviour support plansQualifications in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Nursing, Social Sciences, Health Sciences, Developmental Education or a related disciplineA strong commitment to person-centred practiceExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA current driver's licence and access to a vehicleA current WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)If you're looking for a role where you'll be supported to grow professionally while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others, we'd love to hear from you.Apply now or contact Gemma on ********** for more informationBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
