As a Registered Nurse in Aged Care, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our elderly residents.

Key responsibilities
Assessing, planning, and implementing individualised care plans for residents
Administering medications and monitoring residents' health and wellbeing
Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of holistic care
Providing emotional support and engaging residents in activities to enhance their quality of life
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
Promoting a safe and comfortable setting for residents

About you
Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration
Minimum of 1 years' experience in an aged care or similar healthcare setting




Solid clinical skills and knowledge of aged care best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to person-centred care and promoting resident independence
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for caring for the elderly
