This exciting, newly created position sits within a commercial team and gets exposure to the ELT (including the CEO)Key ResponsibilitiesM&A; Support: Provide critical support for M&A; transactions, including comprehensive market analysis, due diligence, and robust business case development to ensure successful acquisitions.Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct high-impact analyses for the CEO, CCO, and Board, delivering tailored reports that drive strategic and commercial decisions.Commercial Insights: Support the management team to deliver deep commercial insights into business operations,



focusing on key performance metrics that drive revenue and profitability.Analytical Systems Enhancement: Continuously improve analytical systems to support operational performance and financial growth, driving key metrics for commercial success.About YouIdeally, you are CA/CFA/CPA qualified with at least 2 years of experience in a commercial role within a complex operational business.
(Outstanding first movers in Corporate Finance will be considered).
