This is an opportunity to work within a national team of over 60 Speech Pathologists, delivering high-quality, client-centred services to participants aged 0–65 across a variety of settings.About the RoleAs a Speech Pathologist at ORS, you will work with a diverse caseload, supporting clients with a broad range of communication and swallowing needs.
You will build meaningful, long-term relationships with participants and play a key role in supporting their development and achieving their goals.Your responsibilities will include:Conducting communication assessmentsCompleting swallowing and paediatric feeding (dysphagia) assessmentsDeveloping and implementing mealtime management plansUndertaking AAC assessments and recommendationsDelivering ongoing therapy and evidence-based interventionsYou will provide services across multiple environments including homes, schools, early learning centres, community settings, telehealth, and ORS offices.Work-Life BalanceORS is committed to providing genuine flexibility to support your personal and professional commitments.
