We respond to change with integrity and innovation, to ensure our customers get performance and reliability from our products and services, and we achieve this through great people who take the lead.About the RoleTo manage the Elgas and BOC Agent and Distributor network in the Location, identifying synergies and opportunities to drive service improvements, deliver productivity savings, grow market share and sales, ensure safety and compliance, and support the Area Managers to execute local Area strategies.Your Duties Will Include:Working with Area Managers to drive Agent & Distributor engagement, and implement local strategies with all Agents & Distributors in their AreasCompleting safety & compliance audits at all Agents & Distributors, at least annually, and supporting the Agents & Distributors with any corrective actionsTraining Agents & Distributors on products and applications, sales and inventory management processes, and safety and complianceGrowing Linde's market share and sales through the Agents & Distributors channelOptimising the channel where we have both BOC and Elgas Agents & Distributors in the same area,
