One of our leading clients is seeking to engage Process Modeller/Business Analyst for Sydney locationPlease note candidate must have PR /Full working rights1- Process Modeller -Signavio and BPMN 2.0Contract Duration - 6 monthsMandatory Skills and ExperienceMin of 3 years of process modelling experience using process modelling tools such as Signavio and applying BPMN 2.0 standard.Demonstrable experience in problem solving and analytical skills, including the application of DMAIC principles to improvement initiatives (preferred)Track record of delivering on time.Experience in running and facilitating workshops in person and virtually.Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills to influence and achieve buy-in from diverse stakeholders.Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining quality working relationships with team members at all levels in the organisation in order to understand end to end processes.There will be considerable pressure on this role to attempt to address many priorities simultaneously.
Effective prioritisation through strong stakeholder relationships is critical.Formal certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
