Our diverse customer base includes local farmers and primary producers, and you'll play a key role in delivering a positive and memorable experience - whether in store or over the phone.Provide general branch administration support, including accounts payable, expenses, banking, stock control, ordering and receipting of merchandiseMaintain financial and client accountsManage and follow up on outstanding accounts receivableManage inventory, including stocktakes, replenishment and stock processingSupport customers with pricing, product enquiries and general adviceProcess counter sales and assist the broader sales teamCoordinate and complete on-farm deliveries as requiredAssist with merchandising, stock presentation and store displaysMaintain a clean, tidy and well-presented store environment, both inside and outAssist with general store upkeep, including cleaning and organisationSupport the team with packing and unpacking deliveriesMaintain and uphold safety processes and procedures within the branchWhat You'll BringTo be successful in this role, you'll bring experience in a team support role within a fast-paced environment,
