This role is full-time and based in our Sydney CBD office.
You will be working alongside the Fund Operations Manager and Head of Operations and Finance, playing a key role in supporting business critical activities.Role responsibilities includeFund Operations - 80%Trade lifecycle managementUnit pricing reviewsUnit registry oversightDue diligence questionnairesMonthly reporting to investors, consultants, platforms and research housesPayment processingManagement fee reviews and rebate administrationDaily ASX monitoring and disclosuresWholesale certificate register updatesResponding to investor queriesDriving process and risk improvements across the fund operations functionsOffice administration supportSupport year end process and regulatory reportingMaintenance of policy and proceduresBusiness Development Assistance - 20%Managing printing and postage of annual letter mailoutPreparation of monthly reports for distribution to investorsMaintenance of the website with updated fund informationPreparing competitor analysis reportsSupporting the distribution team with ad-hoc requestsKey skills and experienceBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.Experience in fund administration, fund accounting, or investment operations is desirable but not essentialStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailProficiency in working with AI toolsA genuine interest in building a long-term career in fund operationsThis is a rare chance to learn Fund Operations end to end in a buy-side boutique.
