You'll act as a startup generalist and execution partner, helping turn ideas into outcomes across product, customers, operations, and internal projects.
One day you might be refining a product demo or onboarding flow, the next you're preparing a presentation, tracking priorities, or mapping a workflow in Figma.

What You'll Do
You'll support the founder across product, customers, and execution, with responsibilities flexing as the businesses grow.




Run and support tailored product demos for different customer typesSet up demo and onboarding environments using real or mock dataHelp refine how we explain the product across use cases and personasIdentify friction during demos and feed insights into product decisionsSupport new customers through setup and early usageHelp define and improve onboarding flows and "aha" momentsCreate lightweight onboarding guides, demo templates, and help contentTrack engagement and flag where customers need supportHelp prepare presentations, decks, and internal/external materialsTrack projects, follow-ups, and action items across multiple workstreamsAssist with planning, prioritisation, and keeping things movingSupport ad-hoc initiatives across SupplyScope and AEK MediaCapture and synthesise customer feedback across demos and onboardingSpot patterns and propose practical improvementsWork closely with the founder and engineers on prioritisationContribute to testing, QA, and light user research where neededCreate straightforward Figma flow charts, wireframes, and process diagramsDocument workflows and ideas clearly for internal and external useHelp translate messy ideas into structured plans
Who This Is For
You don't need a perfect background — but you should be curious, organised, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
Experience
1–3 years in a startup, SaaS, CX, product, ops, consulting, or client-facing roleOr a strong graduate with practical experience and startup instincts
