We're looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and taking ownership of their work in a collaborative and professional setting.What You'll Be DoingManaging a portfolio of rooming housesBuilding robust, positive relationships with landlords and rentersConducting routine inspections, condition reports, and final inspectionsCarrying out Council inspectionsWorking closely with the leasing team, including occasional OFIs and overseeing application processingHandling maintenance requests and coordinating with landlords and tradesManaging rent reviews, lease renewals, and arrearsEnsuring compliance with legislation and internal processesProviding clear communication and consistently high-level customer serviceRepresenting the team with professionalism, confidence,
