equipment, materials and site accessConducting site inspections and monitoring progress against project programs, budgets and quality requirementsReading and working from project specifications, plans and drawingsLiaising with clients, contractors, local authorities and other stakeholdersCoordinating with traffic-management providers where requiredConducting daily pre-starts and toolbox meetingsMaintaining accurate site records, including completed works, labour, materials, incidents and project progressIdentifying site risks and implementing appropriate controlsMaintaining strong quality control and minimising defects and reworkSupporting the development of team members and promoting a positive, accountable workplace cultureAbout You:You are an experienced and practical team leader who can organise people, solve problems and maintain high standards in the field.To be considered, you will need:Demonstrated experience leading field-based environmental, bush regeneration or natural-area maintenance teamsAt least two years' relevant experience in environmental management, natural-resource management, bush regeneration, ecological restoration, vegetation management or a related fieldSound knowledge of Southeast Queensland native plants and environmental weed speciesExperience delivering a range of environmental or horticultural maintenance worksStrong planning,
