industrial relations and workplace safety matters.Work on a mix of advisory and contentious matters, including litigation and safety-related work.Manage matters with autonomy while receiving support from Partners and senior lawyers.Contribute to a collaborative national team working across a broad client base.Use and develop skills in AI and emerging legal technology.The ideal candidate:2–4 years post-admission experience in employment law or industrial relations.The role is based in Brisbane; however, strong candidates in Melbourne or Sydney will also be considered.Exposure to litigation and an interest in workplace safety matters.Commercial, practical and solutions-focused approach.Comfort using AI tools, or a genuine willingness to build capability in this area.A collaborative, down-to-earth team player who values a respectful and supportive culture.
