As part of their ongoing growth, they are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join their Supply Chain team, with a strong focus on inbound logistics, inventory administration, and international freight coordination.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys working with data, and wants to play a key role in keeping raw materials and imported goods flowing smoothly into our operations.About the RoleReporting into the Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for coordinating inbound freight, managing freight documentation, and ensuring goods are accurately received into the ERP system.
You'll work closely with freight forwarders, transport companies, and customs brokers to keep shipments, both local and international, moving efficiently and cost-effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate inbound freight and schedule deliveries into the warehouseLiaise with freight forwarders, transport companies,



and customs brokers regarding shipment arrivals and freight documentationProcess and reconcile international freight invoices for paymentReceipt all locally sourced and imported goods into the ERP system (Epicor)Investigate and resolve receipt and freight discrepanciesMaintain accurate inventory and freight recordsSupport reporting, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain function (e.g. monthly freight cost summaries)About YouPrevious experience in logistics, freight, supply chain administration, inventory control, or a similar role — ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyExperience using ERP systems (Epicor experience highly regarded)Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with dataGood communication skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesA proactive mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvementsStrong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new systems quicklyA proven track record of reliability — this is one of the most important qualities we're looking forExperience dealing with international freight, customs documentation, and freight invoice processing would be highly desirable.Why Join Us?
