Frontline Recruitment Group – Oakleigh VICOur client is a leading womenswear brand seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day stock operations within a high-volume retail environment.This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who understands the pace, complexity and unique stock requirements of fashion retail.
You'll be responsible for managing a large team, maintaining accurate stock flow and ensuring the right product gets to the right place efficiently.The RoleAs Warehouse Manager, you will take ownership of the warehouse and stock function, leading a team of up to 25 staff and ensuring stock is received, processed, organised and distributed efficiently.You will be responsible for:Leading and developing a warehouse teamManaging high-volume stock movements and daily warehouse operationsOverseeing receiving, processing, replenishment and dispatchManaging large and complex SKU rangesMaintaining high levels of stock accuracy and organisationCoordinating stock flow to support retail stores and customer demandPlanning team coverage around changing stock volumes and business requirementsMonitoring productivity, performance and operational efficiencyImplementing processes to improve stock flow and accuracyWorking closely with retail, operations and merchandising teamsIdentifying and resolving stock discrepancies and operational issuesEnsuring warehouse standards,



safety and procedures are maintainedAbout YouWe're looking for an experienced retail stock or warehouse leader who understands that fashion stock management requires a different approach to traditional warehousing.You'll need to be confident leading a large team, managing competing priorities and adapting quickly to changes in stock volumes and business demands.
You'll understand how to develop different individuals within your team and create an workplace where people are accountable, supported and motivated.You will ideally have:3+ years' experience managing high-volume retail stock operationsProven experience leading teams of up to 25 staffStrong experience managing large and complex SKU rangesPrevious experience within womenswear or fashion retail is highly regardedA strong understanding of high stock turnover environmentsProven ability to develop and lead diverse teamsExcellent organisation and time management skillsStrong understanding of stock accuracy and inventory controlAbility to analyse operational performance and identify improvementsConfident communication across multiple teams and departmentsA hands-on, solutions-focused approach to leadershipBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
