We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised Site Manager to oversee our cleaning staff and ensure our shopping centre remains in pristine condition.Key Responsibilities:Staff Management: Lead and supervise a team of cleaners, ensuring effective performance and morale.Roster Management: Create and maintain staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all cleaning responsibilities.Issue Resolution: Address any operational issues or customer concerns promptly and efficiently.Quality Control: Monitor cleaning standards and implement improvements as necessary.Training & Development: Provide ongoing training for cleaning staff to uphold best practices and safety standards.Communication:
