What You'll DoCarry out routine planned preventative maintenance tasks across HV and LV distribution systems, associated plant/equipment and HVAC mechanical cooling/heating systems as determined by the CMMS system's work ordersMonitor BMS for running and alarm conditionsAttend to A/C related issues on-sitePerform building walk‐rounds, taking meter readings from UPS, PDU's and utilitiesInvestigate faults, identify causes and determine remediesPrepare accurate / timely reports as requiredEnsure corrective / repair work is carried out in accordance with current regulationsAssist with installation work when and where requiredParticipate in emergency call‐out roster providing cover for weekend and team member absences, as requiredDevelop a comprehensive understanding of the portfolio buildings, their layouts, functions and complexitiesEstablish and develop trusting, meaningful relationships with Facilities Managers,
client staff and representativesEndorse day‐to‐day and future compliance with safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methodsVolunteer ideas / initiatives that contribute to the service levels and deliveryUndertake other tasks as required by CBRE's client, in accordance with experience and competenciesWork a 12‐hour rotating shiftWhat You'll NeedNSW Electrical License or NSW HVAC/Refrigeration License is requiredGood building services knowledgeCritical Setting ExperienceGood customer relationship skillsWorking knowledge of "Permit to work" systemsAbility to understand and interpret technical drawings / processesExperience of CMMS and BMS systems
