OverviewThe Resilience team is responsible for embedding Macquarie's business resilience framework across the organisation, helping to ensure we can anticipate, withstand, respond to, and recover from disruption.

In this role, you will focus on coordinating business and operational resilience activities to strengthen resilience capability across Macquarie's critical operations and processes.
Working as part of a global team, you will act as a trusted partner to the business, helping teams understand their key activities, dependencies, and recovery strategies.
Your work will support effective risk management, plan reviews, and scenario testing, ensuring resilience plans are current, practical, and fit for purpose while meeting regulatory and leadership expectations.What You OfferExperience in operational resilience, business continuity, operational risk, audit, or technology recovery,
