BOX HILL OR VINEYARD CENTRES.This role carries a high level of responsibility in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of every child.You will:Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and nurturing environmentContribute to a culture of child safety, reflective practice, and continuous improvementWork collaboratively with a passionate and professional teamEngage in meaningful relationships with children, families, and the wider communityContribute to sustainable practices and inclusive learning environmentsAbout YouYou will:Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and CareDemonstrate a strong commitment to child safety, including upholding Child Safe Standards and reporting obligationsMaintain safe, respectful, and skilled interactions with children at all timesHave experience working with children aged 0–6 yearsBe an effective communicator with colleagues, children, and familiesHold (or be willing to obtain) a First Aid qualificationHold a valid and verified Working with Children Check (WWCC)Provide a minimum of two professional referencesAbove award payChildcare fee discountsPaid day off on your birthdayGenerous resource budgetsCareer progression opportunitiesBeautiful learning environmentsOngoing training and professional developmentPositive team culture and social eventsEmployee Assistance Program (wellbeing support)Exclusive staff discounts and perksJoin Our TeamIf you are passionate about supporting children's safety, wellbeing, and development, we would love to hear from you.
