The organisation operates internationally and partners with major mining companies, financial institutions, and project developers across multiple commodities and jurisdictions.With a choice of office locations in Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth, this position offers exposure to complex, high-value engagements across both operating assets and development-stage projects.The OpportunityAs a Principal Consultant, you will lead and deliver strategic advisory assignments focused on operational performance, cost optimisation, productivity improvement, and business transformation across mining operations.You will work closely with senior stakeholders, site leadership teams, and multidisciplinary technical experts to assess current performance, identify value opportunities, and support the implementation of sustainable improvement initiatives.
This role combines strong technical mining expertise with commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking.Projects will typically involve site diagnostics, benchmarking, operational reviews, transformation programs, and executive-level advisory across the full mining lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Lead and deliver complex consulting assignments across mining operations and projectsConduct operational assessments to identify performance, cost and productivity improvement opportunitiesDevelop practical transformation strategies and implementation roadmapsEngage directly with executive teams,
