The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience.
As a Guest Service Agent, you'll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience.
You'll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.
You'll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills.What we need from youIdeally you will have 1 year previous experience in a Front Office or Guest Services related roleQualifications in Hotel Management and/or Hospitality related field preferredExperience using Opera Property Management System is highly regardedLiterate and tech-savvy – You will need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computersArticulate – A great communicator, you will be warm, welcoming and easy to talk toLanguage – Fluent in local language; extra language skills would be great, but not essentialSavvy problem-solving skills that will turn potential issues into opportunitiesLook smart – adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standardsFitness – you'll be on your feet most of the day with bending and kneeling.
Sometimes you'll need to lift, push and pull objects,
