MBL Maintenance is seeking a Graduate Engineer to join our Project Management team in Kilmore East, Victoria.
This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to begin their professional career in civil construction.
You will work on diverse projects, gaining practical experience in project delivery, site management, and engineering principles whilst contributing to the success of our operations.
This role is based on-site in Kilmore East, providing hands-on experience in a dynamic construction workplace.What you'll be doingSupporting project managers in the planning, coordination and delivery of construction projectsAssisting with project tendering, scheduling, cost estimation and budget managementConducting site inspections and monitoring project progress against timelines and specificationsPreparing project documentation, reports and managing to technical specifications under guidanceLiaising with clients, contractors and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignmentContributing to health, safety and environmental compliance on project sitesParticipating in site meetings and providing technical input where requiredLearning and applying engineering principles to practical project delivery scenariosSupporting the identification and resolution of project challenges and risksWhat we looking forTo succeed in this role, you should possess:A recent tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering discipline (Bachelor's degree or equivalent)Strong foundational knowledge of engineering principles and construction practicesExcellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasksProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with project management softwareStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and with external stakeholdersA commitment to health,
