The role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into functional specifications for VisionPLUS implementations and enhancements.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, document, and validate business requirements for VisionPLUS modules (CMS, FAS, TRAMS, etc.)Translate requirements into functional specifications and work with technical teams for solution designConduct gap analysis between business needs and VisionPLUS capabilitiesSupport system configuration, testing, and implementation activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, and operationsProvide subject matter expertise on VisionPLUS functionalities and best practicesAssist in UAT planning, execution,



and defect resolutionEnsure compliance with regulatory and security standards in card and payment systemsRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with VisionPLUS modules (CMS, FAS, TRAMS, etc.)Proven track record as a Business Analyst in cards and payments domainAbility to analyze complex business processes and propose effective solutionExperience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder managementKnowledge of card lifecycle management, transaction processing, and settlementFamiliarity with integration of VisionPLUS with external systemsExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skill
