Clayfield provides outstanding opportunities beyond the regular curriculum, and across all ages, so every child has the opportunity to let their light shine.Position OverviewThe Corporate Leadership Team Support Officer provides high‐level, professional administrative and coordination support to members of the Corporate Leadership Team, including the Operations Manager, People & Culture Manager and Director of Corporate Services.This is a shared support role designed to enable the effective functioning of the Corporate Leadership Team by coordinating administrative processes, managing information and documentation, supporting compliance and reporting activities, and ensuring consistent, well‐organised workflows across corporate portfolios.The role operates with a high degree of discretion and initiative, balancing competing priorities across multiple leaders and portfolios while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Professional ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities listed below are indicative and may be adjusted over time to reflect evolving operational needs.Provide high‐level administrative support to Director of Corporate Services, Operations Manager and People and Culture Manager.Coordinate meeting documentation as required.Assist with the preparation of correspondence, reports, briefing notes and presentations.Act as a central coordination point for Corporate Services documentation and information flow.Support cross‐portfolio projects and initiatives as directed.Operations and Facilities SupportProvide administrative support for operations and facilities functions,
including:Follow‐up of outstanding maintenance actionsLiaison with contractors and external service providers as directedPreparation of requisitions and support with invoice processing in line with Accounts proceduresSupport with contract management servicesPoint of contact for external hire contractsMaintenance of digital records, certificates, plans and compliance documentationSupport operational planning for school events where facilities or contractor coordination is required.Human Resources SupportProvide administrative support to the People & Culture Manager, including:Coordination of recruitment and onboarding documentationMaintenance of confidential staff records and HR filesSupport for appraisal, review and performance documentation processesAssistance with offboarding documentation and follow upAssistance with HR reporting, compliance tracking and data managementOngoing Assistance with HRIS implementation and upkeepAct as a professional and discreet point of contact for HR‐related administrative matters.Corporate Services and Governance SupportProvide administrative support to the Director of Corporate Services, including:Preparation and collation of reports, submissions and compliance documentationSupport for policy, procedure and contract management processesAssistance with data collection and reporting for internal and external requirementsSupport governance and risk management documentation processes as required.Systems, Records and Process ImprovementEnsure accurate,
