This role will see you working primarily across residential air conditioning installs, servicing, and maintenance, with occasional light commercial work.
Projects range from high-end custom homes to builder-led new builds throughout Sydney's Northern Beaches and North Shore.Key ResponsibilitiesResidential air conditioning installationsService and maintenance work on split, ducted, and VRV systemsOccasional light commercial HVAC workFault finding and troubleshootingWorking across high-end residential projects and new buildsCommunicating professionally with builders and homeownersManaging daily jobs independentlyPicking up materials from the warehouse and travelling directly to siteSkills & ExperienceExperience in residential or commercial HVACInstallation and servicing experience highly regardedStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work autonomously and within a teamComfortable working in roof spaces and confined areas when requiredDriver's licence essentialPositive attitude and solid work ethicCultureJoin a small, supportive team that values quality work, professionalism, and work-life balance.
