Across 40 NSW schools, our OSHC Educators and Coordinators deliver enriching before- and after-school care, packed with creativity, play, and learning.About your new roleAs an Advanced Educator, you will:Support the Coordinator in the day-to-day leadership and operation of the serviceAct as a senior team member and Responsible Person when requiredMentor, coach and support educators to deliver high-quality programs and experiencesLead by example and promote best practice in children's learning, wellbeing and engagementDesign, implement and evaluate engaging and inclusive programs for school-aged childrenSupport compliance with legislative requirements, child safeguarding standards and organisational policiesContribute to Quality Improvement Plans and continuous improvement initiativesFoster positive relationships with children, families, schools and the broader communityAssist with service administration,



documentation and operational responsibilities as requiredAbout youYou are a passionate and experienced children's services professional who enjoys leading from the front and supporting others to succeed.You will bring:A strong commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for children and familiesProven ability to mentor and influence educators through positive leadershipStrong knowledge of child development and school-age learning environmentsExcellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skillsA proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvementA commitment to child safety and creating inclusive environments where every child belongsTo be successful in this role, you will have:An ACECQA-approved Diploma qualification or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care, School Age Education and Care, Education, or a related fieldDemonstrated experience working in OSHC, Early Childhood Education and Care, or a similar children's services settingExperience supporting, mentoring or leading teams of educatorsSound knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards and child safeguarding requirementsExperience developing and delivering engaging programs for school-aged childrenCurrent HLTAID012 Provide an Emergency Response in an Education and Care SettingCurrent CPR certificationCurrent Working with Children CheckNational Police Check (or willingness to obtain)Why work with us?
